This training will combine theory with extensive hands-on practice with adult-size manikins. Participants in this course will learn to check consciousness and breathing, to perform CPR, how to use an AED and recovery position, and learn emergency phone numbers.

They will also learn how to respond if an adult is choking. First Aid training will be adjustable according to the particular needs represented. This course includes how to respond to allergic reactions, bleeding, burns, epilepsy, injuries from falls, poisonings, concussion, various wounds and head, dental and eye injuries. The class includes extensive hands-on training to prepare for real life situations.
